1st Annual SlugFest - A Flag City Sluggers Fan Event
FINDLAY, Ohio – Join us on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at False Chord Brewing LLC in downtown Findlay for the 1st Annual SlugFest. This event, in conjunction with MLB Opening Weekend, will be a family-friendly celebration to kick off the inaugural season of the Flag City Sluggers. All activities can be discovered at the City of Findlay Municipal Parking Lot behind False Chord Brewing LLC.
SlugFest will include live music & entertainment, bounce houses for kids, Flag City Sluggers merchandise and season tickets, as well as the debut of the co-branded “Slugger Brew”. Additionally, fans can grab themselves a traditional ballpark hot dog.
Joe Fenimore, founder of the Flag City Sluggers, said, “This event is all about the fans,” and “Because we are supported by the MLB, we thought it made sense to have our event on the same opening weekend of the MLB.” The first pitch for the Flag City Sluggers will happen on June 6th at the Marathon Diamonds.
